The role will include serving customers, assisting them with enquiries, dealing with telephone enquiries, taking mail orders and processing telephone and internet orders. The Shop sells outdoor gear and equipment and provides supplies to young people and adults from a wide range of backgrounds. Previous retail experience an advantage but not essential.
